Lanny Eberling - Financial Officer

Lanny brings 40 years of experience in accounting, construction, and real estate development to his position of financial officer. His past experience includes 25 years with the Irvine Company, one of the most successful land development companies in the world. In his positions of executive vice president and chief financial officer at a time when 83,000 acres were master-planned for development, 5 million square feet of commercial and industrial space were developed, three thousand apartment units were constructed and ten thousand residential units were built and sold. In addition the company had the largest agricultural operations in the country with 30,000 acres of irrigated crops in California and a 105,000-acre cattle operation in Montana. Lanny was also chief financial officer and later president of The Terramics Company, a diversified real estate development company with projects throughout the western United States. He has served as a court appointed receiver for major real estate where under his direction a master plan water and sewer was developed which included an authorized $900 million bond program to finance the plan. He also served as a director of the Maui Land and Pineapple Company, which developed many projects on the island of Maui, including the three golf courses on Kapalua Resort.


Maxine Kania - Escrow Officer

Throughout Maxine's twenty years as an escrow officer, she has dealt with some of the most difficult escrow situations. These experiences ensure her clients that there will be no uncharted territory in their escrow. To coin a phrase, "she's been there, done that." While nothing is ever routine in a real estate transaction, Maxine manages each escrow with the knowledge, experience and customer service of a seasoned veteran. Like any good escrow officer she likes things neat, organized, and ready on time. While Maxine enjoys her job as is evidenced by the hundreds of happy clients, she wants to make sure we know that her plan is to ride off into the sunset and live happily ever after with her husband Michael. As of this date she gave her notice that her last day will be in 50 months and 26 days. But who's counting?
